Mode of payment
We accept Internet fund transfer / ATM bank transfer payment (for buyers in Singapore).
For your convenience, we also offer secure online shopping through PayPal so you may place your orders and
make your purchases with confidence.

Please note if payment is not received within 3 working days from the order date, your order will be
automatically cancelled. Please email us once payment has been made. Once we have confirmed that we have
received your payment, we will dispatch your product!
Shipping
Local Shipping/Delivery (within Singapore)
- via Snail Mail
Purchases will be shipped via registered parcel post at the following shipping and handling charges:

| 11 or more | : | Complimentary |
Please allow 3 business days from date of confirmation for delivery.
- via Courier (doorstep delivery)
We deliver your purchases right to your doorstep. For orders below $100, a $5 delivery fee would be
charged. For orders above $100, delivery is free of charge.
- Personal Pickup
As an alternative, you are also welcomed to pick up your purchases. Please drop us an e-mail
at jewel@jacqinthebox.sg for our address and directions. Pick up can also be arranged at Novena MRT.
Kindly email to inform us of the date and time you will be picking up. Do take note that orders via
pick up will be on hold for you for 7 days, unless they have already been paid for.
International Shipping Charges
- For deliveries to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, India, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, China and Brunei::

Delivery time should take between 14 to 21 business days for international orders. For expedited shipping options,

Import taxes are sometimes levied by a country's customs and tax authorities. Taxes vary and are calculated on the
value of the goods. All import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
