How do I order?
It's easy! When you're browsing through the shop & see pieces you like, all you have to do is click on the thumbnails to view more information about the piece. If you want to buy it, just click on the "add to cart" button. From there, a new window will open up & reveal your cart contents, and you can proceed to the checkout and pay directly with Paypal or credit card.

Returns & Exchanges
Jacq.in.the.box offers an exchange of equal or lesser value if you are not satisfied with your purchase! Please email me within 7 days of receiving your package if you'd like to exchange your item for something else. I have to receive your return package (send it back insured, with delivery confirmation! Also include the receipt that you received in your package) within 21 days of your receiving it.

Earrings are not returnable or exchangeable for obvious health reasons!

Can I order by phone or fax?
